English Language Courses in Cork, Ireland
Cork, Ireland's second most important city, with a population of 150,000 inhabitants has a small and accessible city centre. Despite its size, Cork boasts many of the attributes of of a modern city, as befits its status as the commercial, cultural and political capital of the South. The city has a vibrant social scene, enhanced by the large student population. Quaint pubs, charming cafes and excellent restaurants abound. Cork is also a city of well-known international cultural and arts festivals.
The school, accredited by Mei- Relsa, Cork Chamber of Commerce y IATEFL, is located in the city centre, is specially equipped for EFL training and the building has been purposely refurbished to allow for the highest standard of English language training in a pleasant and relaxing environment. There are 10 classrooms, a library, computer room (with internet access) and a student's lounge. In our school in Cork there is a smooth interaction between student, teacher and the academic team to ensure the comfort and progress of each student.

ACCOMMODATION AVAILABLE
Host Families: This type of accommodation is arranged on a half-board basis from Monday to Friday with breakfast and an evening meal and on a full-board basis during the weekend. All of our families have been hand selected and visited by our representative. Homes are selected on the basis of a friendly atmosphere, good food and clean comfortable surroundings. Houses are located in good residential areas. Only one student of the same mother tongue is placed with each family.
Residential Accommodation: During the months of June, July and August we also offer single rooms in Residential Apartments. The self-catering apartments offer an excellent opportunity for the students to practice their English with students of different nationalities. The apartments are located only 15 minutes from the school by bus. There are normally 5 or 6 students in each apartment. The bed linen can be hired but students must provide their own towels.
Luxury Apartments: We can organize the rental of one bedroom or two bedroom luxury apartments located in the city centre. These apartments are available for a 2 week minimum and are under request.
LEISURE PROGRAM
The school offers a wide social program during the afternoon and evenings. Full day excursions to places of interest outside Cork are run on Saturdays. These activities are optional and at extra cost.
